A subscriber is worth ~2.4× a one-time buyer. We compute LTV:CAC on gross profit (revenue × 61% margin — not net income): subscribers return ~3× their CAC (5× on a revenue basis), and even one-time buyers clear their ~$25–30 CAC. 22% of customers subscribe, and 79% of them reorder. Figures cover all Shopify customers since launch.

2023–2025 are verified gross revenue from the P&L — $453K lifetime to date across all channels. 2026+ are goals gated on this raise. Revenue blends subscription and one-time; the plan grows revenue-per-subscriber as the stack expands (1 → 9 SKUs), so it reaches scale on a fraction of the subscriber count — not by chasing raw volume. Detail in the Traction & Financials docs above.

Founder & CEO
I'm an operator first. I started my career as a manufacturing engineer at Procter & Gamble and Gillette — running production lines, leading project teams across safety, quality, reliability, and automation, and driving $5M+ in cost savings. Before that, at Philips, I worked procurement and supply chain on MRI systems, applying lean methodology to some of the most precision-critical manufacturing in the world. That's the foundation under Engineered Nutrition: I know how to build a production line and a supply chain that scale. I left a stable engineering career and put $150K+ of my own capital into this — I'm an RPI mechanical engineer and lifelong athlete who couldn't find a clean, convenient way to fuel hard training, so I engineered it myself.
